    THE SHADOW OF THE WIND By Carlos Ruiz Zafn

    In this novel, Daniel Sempere is taken by his father to the cemetery of forgotten books so he can choose one of many forgotten tittles preserved there. In that place, Daniel selects a book named The shadow of the wind by Julian Carax, an unknown author, even by his wise father who is a bookseller. Daniel, captivated by the novel, decides to investigate more about Carax.

    At the time Daniel is doing his research, he finds love, make friends and enemies and even put his own life in risk. Piecemeal, Julin Caraxs life is being revealed and, if Daniel doesnt make the right decisions, he may have the same dangerous and tragic ending as Carax.

    I thoroughly recommend The Shadow of the Wind, this novel is full of suspense, love stories, risks, revelations and histories that mixes the past with the present to create an unexpected ending.
