By signing this waiver, you hereby agree that the Outlaw Airsoft team CANNOT be held liable for ANY in uries sustained during game !lay" Outlaw Airsoft team fo#uses highly on safety and !layers will not be !ermitted to !lay without this waiver filled out in its entirety" Signing this waiver will #onfirm that you have read all of the ris$s asso#iated with !laying Airsoft at the Outlaw Airsoft field and understand the #onditions of !lay at our field" Airsoft is a !hysi#ally demanding s!ort that relies heavily on running and enduran#e" %f you have any health ris$s that may be#ome intensified due to intense !hysi#al a#tivity, you &'ST ma$e the staff aware, and &'ST bring a medi#al signature(note with you to the game in order to !lay" The Outlaw Airsoft field has had a great safety re#ord, with no ma or in uries sustained in our ) years of o!eration" This does not mean we are not !re!ared* we +O have the ne#essary e,ui!ment to treat minor in uries, and the #a!ability to treat ma or in uries if needed" %t must be noted that be#ause of the rough terrain features, there is a high ris$ of s!rained(rolled an$les and we will ma$e !layers aware of su#h ris$s" Along with that, we !lay in a heavily vegetated area with a small amount of dead trees, !layers will be made aware of !ossible falling bran#hes and !ro!er !reventive measures will be ta$en to redu#e the ris$" %n the #ase of an in ury, the staff will trans!ort the vi#tim -via off.road #a!able vehi#le/ ba#$ to the staging area and #ommen#e ne#essary first.aid !ro#edures until the vi#tim is stabili0ed" A11 !layers with a life.threatening medi#al #ondition will be re,uired to have a medi#al signature(note to #onfirm that he(she is #a!able of intense game !lay" Anyone who has a life.threatening medi#al #ondition and who does not have a medi#al signature(note will not be !ermitted to !lay" -NO 23C24T%ONS/
