USING COMPUTER FOR MODERNIZING INITIAL STAGE
OF TEACHING MATHEMATICS
Summary
In the modern world of technology, people live in two different milieus: in
the countryside that they belong to and the world of powerful technical inventions. In
order to find an appropriate way to connect these two worlds people sometimes get
into serious trouble and barely cope with modern technology. Therefore, the world of
technical inventions should be humanized through education. Science and technology, their integral relations together with their considerable impact on humans should
be approached in prudent manner. Thus, the heritage of scientific and technological
revolution will be a part of our everyday life and educational procedure as well as
teaching mathematics will be advanced by contemporary teaching methodology and
equipment. Bearing in mind the fact that mathematics has an important place in educational system it is one of the most important factors in the development of pupils
intellectual abilities and their logical and creative reflection. Using computer in initial
stage of teaching mathematics boosts logical thinking, expressing pupils abilities in
an original, unique manner and thus, their work and interests could be adapted to their
individual abilities, needs and desires.
