INTRODUCTION
An Illegal Building Structure is one of the critical issue faces by many local authorities in Malaysia. Any construction done without
getting a building permits and approval is considered offences under the requirement of the Section 70 , Street, Drainage and
Building Act 1974 (Act 133). Although the Act 133 has already set a restriction on the requirement for building plan submission;
however it was appear that the illegal building problem are still not comes to the ends.
REQUIREMENT OF THE STUDY
By considering a current issue of illegal building; in a group of 3, you are requested to carry out a study on illegal building of a
selected Local Authority. This study should cover based on the following issue;
