Mr. Lipps earned a law degree and Masters degree in Philosophy from Duke University in 2009 where he focused on public interest causes such as Legal Aid of North Carolina and volunteered at large within the community. Prior to that, Mr. Lipps earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, with a double major in Philosophy and Political Theory.
