Sour Plum Ice Bar Ingredient : 15 sour plums, 150g castor sugar, 500 ml water, some small rectangle

plastic bags Method : 1. Pour water and sugar into the saucepan, then boil it untl sugar has dissolves. Remove from the flame. 2. Put the sour plums into method (1). Let it cool, then pour into the plastic bag and tie a knot. 3. Chill into the freezer for 2 hours and serve.
