Curtis Miller 3/8/11 HLAC 1527 ePortfolio Assignment 1.

My greatest strength in rock climbing is my determination to figure out a problem and overcome an obstacle. My greatest weakness is physical. I am not that strong and psychologically its hard at times to control the movement of my body to sufficiently overcome a problem. 2. To overcome this weakness, I can engage in more strength training. Climbing in general should also help me overcome my technique weaknesses, such as lack of body coordination. The best way is to get more experience climbing. 3. I would love to be able to continue rock climbing. Perhaps when Im no longer in college, I can afford a membership at a rock climbing club. But until then, I simply cannot afford to climb regularly.
