PANEL CHART
Panels are available in the standard colors of Zamil Steel
listed herein. The shown colors closely approximate actual
coating colors.
Material Specication
General
Roof and Wall Panels are roll formed from 0.5 mm (nominal) thick
cold-rolled steel coated with an aluminum & zinc alloy (Zincalume

).
The material conforms to ASTM A 792M Grade 345B, with alloy
coating AZM150 (or equivalent), having a minimum yield strength
of 34.5 kN/cm
2
(50 ksi). The coating is achieved through a hot dip
process, which is 55% aluminum by weight and the balance is
zinc. Pre-painted roof panels are optional.
Roof & Wall Panels
Roof and Wall Panels are mill painted (Pre-Painted). Paint nish
lm thickness shall be 25 microns of high durability polyester on
the exterior (weather) face and 12.5 microns of plain polyester on
the interior face.
Deck Panels
Standard colors for pre-painted Mezzanine deck panels are roll-
formed from 0.7 mm (nominal) thick cold-rolled galvanized steel.
The material conforms to ASTM A 653M SS Grade 550, zinc coating
Z180 (G60), and has a minimum yield strength of 55.0 kN/cm
2
(80 ksi).
Sandwich Panels
These factory-injected polyurethane sandwich panels are available
in three different types:
1. Standard Tempcon (Temperature Control polyurethane
Injected)
2. Standing-seam panels (Tempseam) that require No exterior
screws
3. Architectural at panels (Temparch) that have a unique
detail to conceal fasteners.
The injected polyurethane has a thermal conductivity of 0.020
W/m.K and an average density of 40 kg/m
3
.
Alternatively, Panels can be specially ordered to meet a wide range
base metal specication, coating, nish, color and thickness. Your
