MY TASK

How can we change our breathing rate?


MATERIAL/ APPARATUS
1. Stopwatch
2. Stethoscope
3. 2 Small Cones
4. Measuring tape
5. Chair

WHAT TO DO? / PROCEDURES / METHOD


1. Measuring in length of 10 meters on the floor.
2. Place small cones as markers between the two points as shown in the diagram below.

3. Sitting on a chair and listen to the heartbeat using stethoscope and record the number
of heartbeat in one minute.
4. Next, walk between two cones then back to the starting point. Listen to the heartbeat
by using stethoscope and record the number of heartbeat in one minute.

5. Repeat step 4 by running and jumping activities.


6. Record your observation in a table
7. Answer the question.
