On site inspection and repair of one unit of 30MVA transformer. Transformer core and windings were lifted out of the transformer tan using a 1!0 ton crane. A tent was erected to carr" out repair on the flash o#er $etween tapping leads of the "ellow phase %V windings. &eneral o#erhaul was carried out at site after the repair which includes changing of gas ets' #acuum deh"dration of windings' and oil purification.
