If you increase the mass of the sun, the planet's orbit gets closer to the sun. In conclusion, that shows how gravity affects the orbit of planets. ! I claim there is gravity even though I can not directly see it with my eyes. On Phet, the planets orbit the sun how they are supposed to orbit. If there wasn't any gravity (because in Phet you have the ability to turn off the gravity), you would be able to tell because as you would watch the screen, the planet would be moving off the screen.
