The ITS degree is designed to prepare graduates for the use of computer-based information systems, particulary software application and hardware, and the development implemetation of technology user support. The ITS degree is a four-year curriculum that provides opportunities for students to: Master a variety of contemporary computer applications. Learn to design and deliver effective technology training. Acquire skills in call center management and end user support. Acquire and apply information technology project management skills. Acquire a broad understanding of business with an opportunity to earn a general business administration minor.
