Virtual Meeting Connection Instructions Attachment 1

During the 2014 DBIA National Student Competition there will be two virtual meetings to more closely replicate Industry practice of having a site visit, pre-proposal meetings, and to enhance the learning experience. The virtual meeting will require both audio and video connections to obtain full value for each participant. The virtual meetings will be held: March 28 , 6 pm EDT one day after issuance of the RFQ to all teams September 14 , Time TBD after issuance of RFP to 9 shortlisted teams
