Their mothers name was Maria Magdalena van Beethoven and their fathers name was Johann van Beethoven
Beethovens first music teacher was his father. People who lived near Beethoven say that Ludwig Van Beethoven was forced to play and beaten any time that he made a mistake.
His father set him up to play when he was seven years old at a public recital on March 26, 1778. Nothing came from this public performance.
Beethoven then went to a Latin school where he was not the best student. Beethoven struggled in his education.
As Beethovens father got more and more into alcohol he was no longer able to earn enough to support his family.
His mother Maria passed away and it made Beethoven fall into depression.
After the series of events that sent Beethoven into depression he returned to Vienna.
Not much is known about the woman Beethoven loved. He did have very strong feelings for Julie Guiccardi whom he dedicated the Moonlight sonata.
On April 2nd, 1800 Beethoven his Symphony No. 1 in C major, at Royal Imperial Theater. In 1801 Beethoven learned that he was going deaf.
When Beethoven lost his hearing, in order to compose he would let his piano rest on the ground so he could hear the vibration.
The Fifth symphony this piece was done as a continuation of the third symphony
In 1824 Beethoven completed his ninth symphony which would be his last.
His Estate was given to his Nephew Karl, after the death of Casper
