INFERENCES
CORRELATION-There is relationship between promotion and executives performance. CORRELATION-There is relationship between experience and their performance. t-TEST Hypothesis is rejected. So there is no significant difference in the performance of the executives who had promotion and who never had promotion.
LIMITATIONS
FINDINGS
The
promotion strategy adopted in the company had a direct relation with its executives performance. The work experience improves executives efficiency and performance. The promotion given to the executives, motivate them to perform better.
FINDINGS
The
performance appraisal conducted in the company is effective. The executives in the company ranges in their performance level. Experience, performance and promotion of the executives go hand in hand.
