435 Ridge Point Dr. Forney, TX 75126 January, 3 2014 Dr. John Brown Walgreens Pharmacy 451 FM 548 Forney, TX 75126 Dear Dr. Brown, I have just completed my college experience with a 3.5 GPA, and am currently looking for work before I go off to graduate school. I have had experience in the past with working with machines, as well as having communication skills. I know that becoming a pharmacy technician would be great for me. When I worked at Helping Hands, I grew a liking to, ironically enough, help people. Rather than just giving stuff to the less fortunate, we sold donations to those with money, and instead gave the money we raised to nearby shelters. Making someones day better gives me a good feeling for the rest of the day, and I cannot wait until the next big donation day. During the time I worked at both Montfort I had to learn how to interact with the customers, as well as give them advice. These customers ranged from homeless people to the Dallas Cowboys. Each customer had their own tastes, and so we had to accommodate. With such a variety of customers, I suggested that we have an email system that would send each individual customer a cigar advertisement that suits the customer the moment we receive the advertisement. This worked out really well, and popularized the newer cigars. With the influx of new cigars, our system was getting so old to the point that we just decided to get a new one. However, that meant transferring all the information from one system to another manually. We had over five-hundred different cigars in stock. Luckily, with the help of Microsoft Excel, sizes and brands were easily organized within a matter of days. I have attached a rsum that outlines my academic life as well as my working experiences. The best way to reach me is though (469)-422-5504. It would please me greatly to meet you in person to further discuss any questions you may have about me filling the job position of pharmacy technician. Sincerely,

Andy Tran Enclosed: rsum
