What Were Learning

Reading: We will be working on comparing and contrasting important points from two informational books on the same topic. Language Arts: We will be working on prefixes and homophones. Spelling Words: Marietta, Georgia, share, chair, pair, pear, bear, bare, where, wear Writing: We will be working on informational writing and research to find facts.

Bizzy spent the week withme! I wonder who he will go home with this weekend.

Math: We will continue to work on adding and subtracting 3-digit numbers. We are primarily using expanded form to add and subtract. I have modeled how to regroup with this strategy. Social Studies: We will continue to learn about life cycles of various animals and plants.
