Dear Ms. Jones: We are pleased to inform you that the Hill Top room will be available to you for reserve on April 15 th, 2014. The room will be available 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and the room is able to seat 300 guests. We hope this information will help answer your questions. 1. 2. Our facilities will be available from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on April 15 th. We have another client using the room at 4:00 p.m. so the takedown will need to be finished before that time. The audiovisual equipment will be available for your use at that time. Since you are a new customer we are reducing the cost of the projector by 50%. If you want help setting up the audiovisual equipment, Ryan Renolds the Guest Services Manager will be available to help. His phone address is 555-1101. We have the following lunch options Chicken Fried Steak and Mash Potatoes for $18 Fruit Salad and Yogurt for $18 For two dollars extra, you can add Coke Products or Desert.

We believe that Mountain Top Inn & Suites would be an excellent place to host your annual student awards. If you plan on booking the Hilltop room for April 15 th, you need to reserve the room by March 15 th, 2014.
