Green Community College is well respected among our company, and some of the students are among the top executives of our company. The date that you requested for this year falls on the same weekend that Info Tech will be holding its company-wide sales meeting. This meeting will bring all 200 employees of Info Tech as well as their families. It is just not possible nor fair to either group to try and schedule both events on the same day. It also would inconvenience parking, as well as the building constraints. I know that this news is unexpected, but I will have to deny your request to use our facility. I have looked up several other options for the Green Community College graduation. The Municipal Botanical Gardens, or Hilton Head Community Center might be ideal alternatives for GCC to consider. Both of these are great facilities that would have a lot to offer GCC.
