i. Consortium Meaning: A combination of financial institutions, capitalists, etc., for carrying into effect some financial operation requiring large resources of capital. Example: In a wrongful death action the surviving spouse commonly seeks damages for loss of consortium.

Capstone Meaning: The crowning achievement or final stroke; the culmination or acme. Example: The club captain finally achieved a capstone after scoring 200 goals for his club.
