    Reading: Writing: MAP Practice-Well work on tackling reading passages in a testing situation. Continued instruction on the best way to answer constructed response questions based on a reading passage. This week well review: order of operations, expressions and equations, symbolic rule, and ratios and rates. Well finish up our study of weathering and erosion.     At this time, wed like to start collecting money for Silver Dollar City. If you need to send in any cash, please do so from now until May 2nd. If you pay and your child is ineligible to attend the field trip, we will provide a refund. They must achieve 400% by May 9th to attend the trip. The MAP test is approaching. This is the best time to alter your childs routine so they are test ready. Please help your child understand the importance of a good nights sleep and a healthy breakfast before thoroughly rocking out a standardized test. The best way to handle a scary situation like testing is to prepare well.
