Cultivating relationships - within our self, and with others - means practicing gentleness, patience, and sweet, ever-blossoming presence. Join Yoga Teachers Gracy Obuchowicz and Julia Romano for a weekend of ease and peace for body and mind in the West Virginia countryside.! Retreat for an early summer weekend to the fresh greens and blues of West Virginia nature. While breathing in cool, clean mountain air, we'll integrate yoga asana practices with meditation and Thai massage teachings to help cultivate a relationship within and with others. New to yoga, meditation, or thai massage? Super! This is a weekend for all levels, all interests. Come as you are!
Gracys teaching focuses on connecting movement to the breath, bringing attention to proper alignment, and a soulful application of yogic philosophy that centers on self-love and compassion. She is a 500 hour-certied yoga instructor in the YogaWorks style and is a senior teacher at Yoga District, and a practicing Thai Massage therapist.

Julia's teaching focuses on coordinating breath with body promoting flexibility, strength, and peace of mind through acceptance, and comfort in difficult positions--qualities that one can then take off the mat, and into daily life. Julia is a 500 hour certified teacher. She is trained in clinical psychology and is obtaining a Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy.
