Plan Explain why you chose this artifact as your best representation of this particular INTASC standard. The classroom management paper meets the second standard, learning differentiation, because it shows how to use understanding of differences in individuals to ensure the best learning environment for the students. Reflection: What I learned from doing this assignment is that every teacher needs to meet the various learning needs of their students. I also learned that you may have to alter your lesson plans for your students with special needs or anything where they need to learn at a different pace than the rest of the students.
