Kirby Uniform Agreement

2007 Season

good condition at the end of the ’07 season. If I lose or damage the
uniform I agree to pay the Athletic Department $20 to replace it.
Permanent stains will also carry the $20 charge. I agree to read and follow
the washing and drying instructions for my uniform.

Uniforms are to be worn to matches only.
