Guillen of Kabisig People's Movement to decline their request to set up a booth showcasing their programs and services during an opposition and trade fair from June 11-15, 2012 in SM Fairview, Quezon City. Mr. Macapagal explains that they are busy preparing for an upcoming Independence Day job fair which is part of their annual commitment to the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. Given tight budgets due to austerity measures, their resources have already been allocated to the Balikayan 2012 celebration.
