Please keep these points in mind, while updating the report;

Report Year Make sure that you mentioning the year (2012 / 2013) in the title slide, the reports data must belongs to in the same year Scope When you are saying 2012 / 2013 report, then change the time period accordingly Aims & Objectives Mention 5 objectives in the sentence format and make sure these points should cover the report. Last year Data Analyse the old data in the report and update it accordingly Currency / Unit Keep the same Currency / Unit throughout the report (ex: USD mn, MT etc.). Make sure market value should be same throughout the report. Source mention Concerned ministry dept, Govt association, News articles, Feedback Analysis, Feedback BoK. Make sure the report will not contain other market research company name in source box (ex: netscribe, frost etc.) Future Forecast - FY13 to FY18
