TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Entrance ticket covers access to Wet Park, Dry Amusement Park, Lost World Petting Zoo, Tiger Valley Feeding Show, Tin Valley and Lost World Hot Springs & Spa. 2. Minimum group size of 20 students. 3. Every 15 paying students, 1 FOC ticket for accompanying teacher. 4. Maximum 5 FOC tickets for teachers per group (Excluding meals). 5. Additional tickets required for teacher, charges at RM35.00 will be applicable (Excluding meals). 6. Teachers requiring meals, charges at RM 9.00 per packed meal applicable. 7. No outside Food & Beverage to be allowed in our premises. 8. All Food & Beverage catered by our park is HALAL and certified by Jabatan Agama Islam Perak. 9. Rates valid till 31st December 2014. 10. All customers are required to wear proper swimming attire in order to enjoy our facilities. 11. All wristband(s) are valid for single entry ONLY. 12. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. The management will not be responsible for any negligence on the guardian's part. IMPORTANT NOTE Lost World of Tambun is now using RFID system. RFID wristband is a cashless purchase system which acts as a prepaid wristband. A refundable deposit of RM10.00 and a minimum credit limit of RM10.00 are required when purchasing items in the park. BOOKING/ PAYMENT 1. Reservation must be made 10 working days prior to the group's arrival via our reservation form. 2. Upon confirmation, full payment must be made 7 days before the group's arrival. 3. No refund for unutilised tickets or meal voucher, wholly or partially.
