There are several advantages and disadvantages of flexible staffing in the big corporation. Advantages: o Differentiation of directions which staff can work in (there is an example of 4 groups: production, clerical, technical, and professional/managerial); o Availability of employee any time for any direction of work; o Employee can work on regular or temporary basis. o freedom from litigation (workers compensation insurance, EEO, torts) Disadvantages: o It is a new way of human resources management and not every company is confident to hire employees in such a way; o Employees are not very much professional in one direction only.

Advantages: o FSS service provider is responsible for all processes of hiring, recruiting, motivating etc. and employer does not think about all that materials; o FSS performs and pays for all payroll functions and deductions; Disadvantages: o It has a standard selection system used for all applicants; o It has much more compensations and extra fees which are not always convenient for the employer.
