Use a variety of resources, including Chapter 7 of textbook, to write a report on the following, either in your workbook or on a word document. Where possible, please write in your own words and include a bibliography. A. Choose a terrestrial ecosystem found in Australia. And briefly describe main features. Include a map of Australia showing distribution of the ecosystem. B. Choose a habitat found in this ecosystem and briefly describe abiotic and biotic factors affecting this habitat. Include drawing or picture if possible. (p 200) C. Outline how you could make 3 different quantitative measurements of the above abiotic factors and state what range of measurements you would be likely to find. D. Draw a generalized stratification or zonation across this habitat showing the typical biota that would be found in this habitat. E. Choose an animal and plant found in this habitat and outline some of the adaptations shown that enable it to live in this habitat successfully. Outline a limiting factor that will determine the maximum population of each species.
