Darius Robinson SPM 433 April 17, 2014 Reflective Essay #2 Before entering into Johnson C.

Smith University I already knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, which was coach football. While at Johnson C Smith my eyes were exposed to taking an even further step into the athletic administration side of sport. I was a four starter on our defensive line and a three captain. With more than ten years of being involved in numerous sports, my hard work ethic, my leadership skills, and my different experiences working with our youth within and outside of the world of sports and also being very knowledgeable about different positions, and schemes both offensively and defensively I know I can be of a great asset to help build any athletic program. I am currently interning under West Charlotte High Physical Education and athletic program. At West Charlotte I am assisting the teachers and coaches with students and their development of their physical abilities and healthy habits in and outside the game of sports. I am also assisting with strength and conditioning and skill development with the athletic administration, football and track team. Through all my various experiences whether it was me actually participating in sports or assisting others in it I approached it with passion and wholeheartedly giving it all I have which is what I will bring to any athletic program I work with along with my various experiences in sports, my passion, and my devotion to the betterment of our youth.
