It was designed primarily to enable the separation of document content from document presentation including elements such as the layout colors and fonts. It allows a web page to be displayed differently depending on the screen size or device. This Standard is maintained by the W3C. ECMAScript is a scripting language widely used for client-side scripting on the web such as Java Script, Jscript and Action Script. The script is supported in many applications especially web browsers . It is standardized by the ECMA International.
