Honble Alok Singh, J (Oral). The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite moving application dated 1.10.2013 to obtain caste certificate, respondent nos. 2 & 3 are sitting over the matter and not taking decision thereon for the reasons best known to the respondents. Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that an appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken on the application of the petitioner seeking caste certificate, preferably within two weeks from today and decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as Mr. Pramod Belwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by Registered Post AD. Mr. Pramod Belwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that let present petition be disposed of in the light of the statement made by Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State/respondents. Order accordingly. CLMA No. 3211 of 2014 also stands disposed of accordingly. (Alok Singh, J.) 9.4.2014
