the right to deduct all the training and unused visa Recourse I arrived here in Qatar last February 23, 2011 to join my company with the following conditions: Position Male Nurse Basic Salary 1600.00 QR Fixed Friday and Over Time 400.00 QR Monthly bonus 0.00 QR to 400.00 QR and performance based Working hours - 6days a week and 12 hours in a day Contract Duration - 18 months Food/Accommodation/Transportation/Medical free and company provided Annual Leave yearly, 21days Ticket Entitlement economy ticket from Manila-Doha-Manila after 18 months of contract End of Service Benefits as per Qatar Law, 21 days Work Location anywhere in Qatar August 23, 2012 - my first 18 months contract expired and not renewed but still ongoing up to this date August 23, 2012 I didnt avail my entitled vacation. Free ticket entitlement got forfeited November 7, 2013 without request from me and without written agreement, my Manager sent me for an Immediate Trauma Life Support training that cost the company 1500.00 QR March 4, 2014 my Qatar Residence Permit got expired. I submit it to my company for renewal. March 20, 2014 - I submitted my resignation letter to my company stating that my last date of employment will be April 30, 2014. I also express my intent not to renew my Qatar RP. March 22, 2014 - I received an email from my company stating that since my Qatar RP got renewed after it got expired last March 4, 2014, a cost of 1000 QR will be deducted from my salary. The 1500.00 QR cost of the ITLS training will be also deducted from my salary. March 24, 2014 I sent a written letter to my company pleading not to charge me for the visa cost and ITLS cost due to financial difficulty I have now April 1, 2014 I received a verbal confirmation from my HR Manager that I have to repay the Qatar RP cost April 1, 2014 I received an email from my direct manager that I have to repay the ITLS cost I want to know if they have the right to do it?
