ELACC6SL2: Interpret information presented in diverse media and formats (e.g., visually, quantitatively, orally) and explain how it contributes to a topic, text, or issue under study. Directions: Listen to the passage that is read by the teacher. Use the tone of the narrators voice to interpret what the passage is implying. The class will engage in a grand discussion of their ideas, thoughts and feelings of what they have heard. If it is needed, the students may jot down notes and major points they would like covered in the class the discussion.
