Throughout the semester co-taught 4 lessons with fellow secondary mathematics education majors. Bingham Elementary School, Lansing, MI Placement included two hours a week of assisting elementary students who needed extra practice with reading.

Teaching Related Work Experience: Fall 2011 Teaching Assistant, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI Duties included preparing lesson plans for and teaching a MATH 116 College Algebra and Trigonometry class twice a week, as well as proctoring exams and grading homework. I was also assigned office hours working in the Math Learning Center assisting students with their mathematics homework. Other Experience: Summers 2009-2013

Park Guide, Fort Laramie National Historic Site, Ft. Laramie, WY Job included giving park tours and talks on historical topics related to Fort Laramie. It also included interacting with the general public and providing information about the park and historical events related to the park.
