I have had the pleasure of working with Miss Hansen a couple of times while teaching at Butler University. Once in a class focused on brain research and developmental theory and then again in a Special Education class focused on assessment. I thoroughly enjoyed our professional relationship during our classes, as Miss Hansen is very mature and takes her responsibilities as a student and future teacher very seriously. I have no doubt that Miss Hansen will make an amazingly thoughtful educator. She is reflective in her approach to students and headstrong in her beliefs of educational pedagogy. Miss Hansen proved to be an avid reader, open to discussing theories that clashed with her own and also ones that strengthened her beliefs.
