Experience: Louisiana Lions Camp Working at the Louisiana Lions Camp for four years helped me become a leader. I was responsible for running a kitchen. I was a kitchen personnel. Kitchen Personnels were responsible for tables being set on time and accordingly with all materials needed for that specific day. My job was to make sure other employees were trained and knew how to manage their time. I was responsible for training employees, writing menus, organizing our bulletin board which had to be changed weekly, and also doing inventory. My main focus as a shift leader was teaching my crew about the importance and efficiency of time management and working as a team and training them to become a leader as well.
