Warm-up Stretches, sit-ups, push ups 5 minute jog

Resources Used

Rackets, balls, and nets Lesson Review grip, parts of racket, and forehand Introduce backhand Students will be broken up into 4 different groups Students will play 4 square tennis focusing on using backhand shots. Can rotate so theyre not playing same people over and over

Differentiation: 50 min class period
