To Whom It May Concern: I have had the unique opportunity to experience Bryanna Burchams instructional capacity within two

environments and within two roles. She was a student of mine at Gateway Technical College, as I was her instructor throughout the Health, Safety and Nutrition course, within the Early Childhood Education program there. Brianna was also my daughters Early Childhood Teacher while she attended the Growing Green Child Care Center. Bryanna guided her development from the age of three until she turned five. My daughter adored her as a teacher. Bryanna was a great student as well. In her role as a teacher of young children, I witnessed Bryannas ability to form sincere relationships for the children she cared for on a daily basis. She built strong connections with children, forming a foundation for learning social and academic skills. She focused on teaching beginning reading and math skills and incorporated technology as well. She organized special activities for the children and communicated with parents as necessary. She demonstrated a commitment to the Early Childhood profession and outward joy for her job as well. Many of the strengths Bryanna displayed in the Early Childhood classroom were echoed as I got to know her as a student. She attended class consistently, turned in assignments on time, and was a contributor during class. Her knowledge of Early Childhood development was evident in her assignments. She completed them with a level of proficiency. She utilized her experiences from the Early Childhood classroom, applying those skills to relative information in class. As a student, Bryanna was an asset and a model for others. As an Early Childhood professional myself, with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood, a Masters Degree in Learning and Development, and twenty years of experience teaching Early Childhood and kindergarten, I understand the importance of quality teaching. Please dont hesitate to contact me in regards to my recommendation for a teaching position for Bryanna Burcham (262.412.4366).

Sincerely,

Tina M. Kellner Kindergarten Teacher Forest Park Elementary Kenosha Unified School District #1
