Plan of Action
Regarding: Building and Fire Safety Concerns within the King Fine Arts Center, particularly as it applies to the costume properties storage areas.

Property Storage will be examined and evaluated. Properties will be judged to be in useful condition and if not deemed useful, will be discarded. Criteria will be based on condition, (broken, functional, etc.), period uniqueness and irreplaceability. Costumes will be examined and evaluated. Costumes will be judged to be in useful condition and if not deemed useful, will be discarded. Criteria will be based on condition, (undamaged, clean, worthy of cleaning, etc.), usable size, period uniqueness and irreplaceability. Large Property/Furniture Storage will be examined and evaluated. Pieces will be judged to be in useful condition and likelihood of use, and if not deemed useful within the foreseeable future, will be discarded. Criteria will be based on condition, (broken, functional, etc.), period uniqueness and irreplaceability. Salvageable materials, such as steel tubing, will be offered to the Ag department prior to discarding. Fabric/Yardage Storage will be examined and evaluated. All yardage will be judged as to useful condition and if not deemed useful, will be discarded. Criteria will be based on condition, (undamaged, clean, worthy of cleaning, etc.), usable size, period uniqueness and irreplaceability.

Target deadline for completion of above cited examinations, evaluations and removal of un-useful materials is Thursday May 2, 2013.
