answer to. It is when you are confused or puzzled about something and you research the topic until you come up with enough reliable information to make an opinion about it. Inquiry is when you are curious about something, and you keep asking questions trying to figure out the answer to something. A research paper is generally when you research something you already have some clue about. An inquiry question is something you have very little knowledge of, but you are striving to find out the answer to this question through many different sources.
