Dear Parents/Guardians,
I would like to meet with you to discuss your childs current progress and

the 2 Six Weeks Report Card. I feel it is important for us to be a team. I am
open to input for what is best for your child and would like to share what I see
in the classroom.
It is my goal to meet with each of you, so in order to accommodate
everyone; we are asking that you please circle your top 3 preferences. I will let
you know what time slot I have scheduled. You may pick up your childs report
card at our meeting.
