Dear Judge Garaufis: We represent Plaintiffs COLlive Corporation and the Soffers in the above-referenced action. Attached please find a letter from Defendants counsel requesting, and consenting to, a seven-day extension of the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) which this Court issued on April 4, 2014, and then extended for an additional ten days on April 8, 2014. Plaintiffs consent to and join Defendants request for a seven-day extension of this TRO, whereby the TRO will remain in effect through Friday, April 25, 2014, to give the parties ample time to finalize the interim stipulation and order, which both sides have been diligently negotiating for the past week.
