Dear panelist, Thank you for taking time out of your Saturday to listen to my presentation. My name is Rich.

It has taken me a while to reach this point in my life and it has been a long and complicated road, but I firmly believe that I am finally on the path that is the best suited for my skills. owever I am more than an educator. I am a father of two great kiddos that have been a bright and shining light for the past year. My kiddos are the driving force for making the decisions that I have made in my life and they are the reason that I am the man that I am today but I am much more than !ust a father. I have degrees in Sociology and Mechanical "ngineering, I have been a mechanic and a supervisor, a technician and engineer and yet I am more. I am a happy and productive member of the #ront Range that has a lot of skills to offer. I am satisfied with my life. Thank you for listening
