I am writing this letter in support of Abigail Coleman. I supervised Abby during her student teaching experience in the fall of 2013 for Miami University. She studenttaught in a first grade classroom at Highland Elementary School in Hamilton, Ohio. Ms. Coleman quickly developed rapport with her students and provided an environment that was safe, supportive, and caring. She analyzed data and progress- monitored student learning in order to plan, differentiate, and modify instruction. I would highly recommend Ms. Coleman for a teaching position. Any school district would be fortunate to acquire a teacher of her caliber. Please feel free to contact me if you would like further information about Ms. Colemans student teaching performance.
