This gives you two options for the collation of feedback / responses: Summary of Responses 1 View Responses 2

NB:
Summary of responses allows for an easy to read collection of graphs and written responses, whilst the view summaries option allows the user to unpack the data in depth for an extensive analysis of the feedback.
