Our hypothesis was: Test tubes A,B and C will not change the colour of the water, but test tube D will change because the temperature of the water makes the proteins change, and the colour will come out of the beetrooot cells. As the graph shows our hypothesis was right. We made our own scale of pigment intesity in the water once we took them out of tjeir water baths at different temperatures, 1 beng the less intense and 5 being the most intense. As you can see the graph shows that. For temperatures A,B and C there wasn't any change, but for temperature D there was a big change in comparison to the other temperatures.
