searched the word meme. This one reflects on the tendency of the American youth to complain about having to wake up early. It made me laugh but it also helps put our frustration into perspective by reminding that there are a lot of people out there that have it way worse than us. Especially those that fight in wars. Memes do matter, they are what make humans capable of thinking beyond basic mammal survival skills. They are a main player in what made humans civilized. Memes can potentially shift our collective beliefs as a society. They can totally transform the way we see things in the world and in the universe. Memes seem to have become more meaningless, opportunities to communicate are taken for granted so productive thought is becoming less common. I feel that this meme is a humorous explanation of the ramifications of going to HACC (and community college in general), it is cost effective and can be an excellent stepping stone toward attending a university. I thought success kid would be an appropriate visual for this.
