Summer Greetings Parents and Students,

Hello, my name is Ms. Yvonne Freese and I am just thrilled to begin the year
directing the high school choirs at Pine View High! I have just recently graduated
from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota with degrees in Vocal
Music Education and Musical Theatre. I have been researching and your winning
choir and ensembles amaze me. In order to get to know you better, there will be a
BBQ Friday 10

at 5:30pm at Sylvan Park. I hope you can join and bring a dish to
pass. My office will also be open Monday Thursday from 9am-2pm feel free to stop
by!

I will be following the same schedule as Ms. Johnson had in the past keeping
everything pretty close to what you are familiar with. All students will be required
to audition as is the past for choir. You may also choose to be in chamber, Bell canto
(woman group), Acafellas (guys ensemble), PVHS jazz ensemble and show choir.
Meeting times for ensembles will be the same as last year.
Bell Canto 7am Friday
Acafellas- 7am Wednesday
PVHS Jazz 7pm Tuesday and Thursday
Show Choir- 7am, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings
at 9am
