ADDITIONAL COSTS IF REQUIRED:

If photograph provided by client, is not the correct quality

And requires time by our graphic artist to alter then
An additional $85.00 per hour will be charged.

Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation of this project,

a cancellation fee for work completed will be charged
at a rate of $85.00 per hour plus any additional expenses
incurred up to that point.

**FLOWERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ANY LATER THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE

AFFAIR AND 4 WEEKS FOR ANY ARTWORK.

**THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $1,000.00 IN ORDER TO RESERVE OUR

SERVICES ON THE DATE OF YOUR AFFAIR.

**A VISA OR MASTERCARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTAL ITEMS, IN CASE OF

LOSS DUE TO THEFT OR DAMAGE DURING THE EVENT.

** DEBBIE’S DESIGNS CAN DELIVER YOUR PARTY ITEMS TO YOUR HOME FOR A
